2024 Caring For Kids Gala

 In October, I attended the Bus Stops Here Foundation’s annual gala in Pittsburgh, an event supporting at-risk youth. To my surprise, Jerome Bettis’s team contacted my family and created a tribute video recognizing my charitable work with his foundation. I was honored to receive the Courage Award for continuing my efforts while battling a rare disease. During the event, I spoke at the Champions Club at Acrisure Stadium. I also had the privilege of dining with Troy Polamalu and Jerome Bettis’s family, making it a memorable evening. 

The two helmets I completed onsite that evening were auctioned together for an impressive $5,500.00, with every penny benefiting Jerome’s charity.
